Founded by Tracey Mallett, a globally recognized educator with over 30 years in the Pilates and fitness industry, our method blends the precision of the classics with the creativity and energy of contemporary training. Whether you’re brand new to Pilates, a seasoned athlete, or somewhere in between, we meet you where you are—and help you move further, stronger, and with more confidence. We have been in South Pasadena for 25 years and formally named ATP Specific Training. PilatesNext is where contemporary Pilates meets the classics—a place to move, learn, and grow, no matter your stage of life or level of experience. 

We offer a variety of training options

Small Group Classes

Experience the difference of personalized attention in our small group Pilates sessions — limited to just 7–8 clients for detailed, instructor-focused guidance.

Each class utilizes the full range of Pilates apparatus, including the Reformer, Tower, and Barrels, ensuring a dynamic and balanced full-body workout. You’ll be guided through sequences designed to target every muscle group, improve posture, and enhance overall strength and mobility — all led by expert instructors who prioritize precision and alignment in every movement.

Semi-Privates

Enjoy the benefits of personalized instruction in an intimate semi-private setting with two to three clients per session.

You’ll work on all the Pilates apparatus — including the Reformer, Tower, and Barrels — for a fully tailored experience that meets your individual goals.

Perfect for those who want to train with a partner, friend, or family member, or form their own small private group, while still receiving close attention and expert guidance from your instructor.

Privates
