Athletic Reformer Barre Fusion & Restore Course
This workshop combines elements of Standing Pilates, and Reformer exercises to provide a comprehensive workout while emphasizing restoration and recovery. No barre training is needed a small part of the program, but allows you to add some elements to your class.
It blends the principles of strength, flexibility, and balance training with a focus on proper alignment and mindful movement.
You will learn a series of flows performed on the Reformer, fused with elements of Barre conditioning utilizing the Reformer. Expect a strength and restoration class that awakens the mind and sculpts the total body.
